Private Dinners


An intimate tasting, cooked in your home, plated by hand.

Hatim arrives in the afternoon, sets up quietly, and cooks a five-or-seven-course tasting for your table. Courses are narrated at service — each dish has a place, a season, and a story. Kitchens are left cleaner than he found them.

Passed canapés and handbuilt mezze stations for a larger room. Hatim brings a small service team, a stock of linen and brass, and a plan that respects both the menu and the moment. Ideal for houses on the East End, rooftops, and private gardens.

Cooking Classes


A half-day of Moroccan cookery, hosted in your kitchen.

Knife skills, spice blending, tagine building — and the meal you cook together, eaten with your own family or friends. A favorite of birthdays and anniversaries, and surprisingly at home on a Sunday afternoon.

Weddings & Rehearsals


A handcrafted table for the weekend that matters.

Rehearsal dinners and intimate ceremonies. Hatim does not do large weddings — he believes a wedding dinner deserves a chef who can see every plate. Tables of 30 to 80, with a written menu, a custom tea service, and a cake that tastes like the two of you.

Wine pairings

A written flight selected for your menu, sourced through Hatim's merchant. From 3 pours to a full six-course pairing.

Service team

Additional servers and a sommelier for larger parties. Black-tie or earth-tone uniforms to suit the room.

Rentals & linen

Brass service, Moroccan glassware, hand-thrown stoneware, handwoven linen. Everything is arranged before you arrive.

Florals & table

Seasonal arrangements in clay and brass — figs, olive branches, pomegranate, white oleander.
